Appreciate hearing your feedback on this here, Tania. I can assure you our teams did a lot of testing with all aspects of the homepage prior to it's rollout however we totally understand there are different views of what information would be most valuable, where. This is exactly the type of thing we're keen to hear and understand the appetite of through product ideas.

Just to confirm for everyone coming across this idea - While slightly changed in terms of placement it's possible to view Drafts for Invoices and Bills in their related Invoices owed to you, or Bills to pay widgets.

This is now found beneath the graph where you can click the 'x' drafts text to go straight to the list of draft invoices (or bills) - see image

We don't have any immediate plans for changing the placement of the Drafts link within the Invoices owed to…

    Hi there!

Thanks for sharing such detailed feedback on the bank balance charts.

I’ve categorized this as Gaining Support. While we don't roll back to previous versions of the homepage, I’ve refined your idea to focus on making the balance charts configurable (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

This covers your need for historical data while allowing for future flexibility.

Since our forum works best with one idea per post, I've focused on the chart visibility first. I’d recommend raising the "balance projection" as a separate suggestion so it can be voted on individually!

Yes! Lee-Anne, this is so true. It is a great idea for a widget, but needs to be customisable.

Also, I would love if we could edit the dates for this widget when editing dashboard: I would like to see more than just 6 months at a time, 12 months/FY to date etc would be ideal.

Hi Regan, we can see how having a net cash movement line would be a real time-saver. While the bars for money coming in and going out give a good sense of activity, having that “bottom line” plotted as a trend would make it much easier to see your actual cash flow health at a glance.

At the moment, the Cash In and Out widget already shows cash in, cash out, and the difference, where a cash in net shows as a positive difference and vice versa. For a more detailed view, head to Short-term Cash Flow under the Reporting menu to explore trends and movements beyond the main dashboard.

I’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can see how many in the community would find a net cash line useful. If this is something that would make your day-to-day easier, add your vote or share your experience—hearing…
