    Hi community, we value there are many different aspects within new invoicing where our invoicing users can see small changes to flows and actions could make a big difference to your workflow and experience.

    I can assure you we’re engaged, we’re listening and we’re taking all your feedback into consideration as we keep building on new invoicing.

    While we’ll continue to keep you updated on specific releases that relate to things that’ve been mentioned in this idea, our teams have also begun some research to get a deepened sense of our invoicing users for future improvements. We’d like to connect with you all in this idea, and invite you to share further feedback through our survey. Your insights will be invaluable to the team as they continue to plan and prioritise in this space.

    When selecting a branding theme previously you could just tab through, tap a letter to bring up the themes that started with that letter and move on, now you physically have to click it.

    Hi team, rounding back on this one again. Thanks for raising this with us, our team have confirmed they have been looking at this behaviour and are looking to make a change to default the cursor to the Contact field. I'll move to working on it and we'll keep you updated here :)

    The new system is very tedious in general, takes longer all around. Working on it all day is tiring compared to the old layout.

    Hi everyone, we appreciate the interest his idea has received. Introducing the ability to add a discount amount was highly requested by our community. We recognise for customers that discount by % this means you'll need to enter a % symbol where y ou wouldn't have done so before.

    With quite a few items drawing our teams attention at present we want to be upfront that developing a default option for discounts isn't in the pipeline atm. This is something we'll keep reviewing and consider as a future improvement in this space. If there is any change or progress around this I'll let you know on the idea, here.

    Yes this is very tedious, we have different tiers for different customers and different categories of products, there should be an option at the top or in settings to choose your default.
