Hi Millena, is there a specific reason you'd like to do this in the Project tabs versus in a report?
We have similar ideas for the ability to filter by status in reports so trying to understand if there are extra needs here or if we should merge your idea in with that one. Thanks🙂

To be able to sort and filter expenses within Xero instead of having to run a report would save so much time, often I need to sort or filter down to suppliers etc but have to run reports that aren't required. It would help visually as well if you are looking for something in particular
