    Hi Maggie, as you'll see I've split your idea so we can gauge the interest on each point you've raised separately. We don't have any plans for adding a direct button for this atm but we'll continue to track the community support here and update if any plans are made.

    Hi Maggie and others in community who've voted, we appreciate hearing the changes that'd help you when sending eInvoices with Xero.

    Just to note, as each point you've raised would be considered separately by our product teams it's best to have an idea for each of these that we can get a feel of the community support through - see more on the qualities of a good idea in our Xero Central article 🙂

    I've updated your idea here to represent the first point for embedding the QR code on the PDF of the invoice. You'll see I've created ideas for the other points you've noted below.

    I suggest to embed the Validated QR Code to the normal PDF so that we can batch print instead of going through one by one invoice to download for the Validated E-Invoice. So more all our details such as banking details are all in the normal PDF while Validated E-Invoice does not have this.

    Xero, please consider this.
