Mindboggling, I now have a massive amount of information I sent to a customer just vanish into the ether, I assumed there would be a record of sent emails because the contrary seems like an impossible feature to omit.
the send me a copy feature is just a mess of a solution that I will have to use, given the importance of the customer interactions please default this to an on state and give a warning that the body of emails sent with invoices gets treated as trash.
