Hi team, the Payable Invoice reports will generally help you zone into your top repeating suppliers and better view activity.
As suggested, if multiple contacts of a similar nature are being created merge may also help you manage these in your contacts list.
It'd be good to understand if there are other needs that this idea would help you with here - please do share any detail.

We do a lot of foreign business travel. I now have contacts for obscure cafes in downtown Phnom Penh where I once spent 4 bucks, but the cafe lives on forever in my contacts list.
The 'create new contact' link seems to be optional, but when you tab past it, the contact is created anyway.
Not a huge bug in the great scheme of things, but irritating.
I suppose one workaround is to create my own generic contacts, such as 'Cambodia Restaurants' and use that to group all the random cafes etc.?
