    AU: on commencement of an employee, they are allocated a number of hours/days personal leave in advance for the 12 months from start date. Xero does not allow for the hours/days to be added in the next 12-month period; therefore, the workaround was to add to the original allocation. This has essentially updated all historical pay slips with the increased hours/days. Where the lump sum was added from the new year xero also accrued hours each week after that, which is not what we need.
    Could Xero please update the personal leave for a lump sum additional amount each year and no accrual amount each payday. Or once the lump sum amount is entered that Xero automatically add the lump sum amount each year. (changes to the amount should be manually changed as necessary). Hours/days option
