    Hi Shawn, to make sure we understand the idea here - would you like this field to be visible to the contact. Say when a certain branding theme is applied? Or just an internal to view when creating invoices in Xero? Thanks

    I believe we have also requested the same feature for invoices, quotes, purchase templates, which would include the line number to identify how many line items there are per invoice, quote & purchase order.

    We have large invoices and purchase orders with a number of lines and it can be hard to work out if you have covered everything if there are no line numbers.
    It also makes the invoices easier to read for the customer/supplier
