    Thanks for your feedback on the thread. Though not useful for all, we did bring attention to the reports that could help some people in the forums here. 

    We'll continue to consider this and other ideas for customer statements as the platform evolves. 

    Again not a full resolve but another option that could be handy for some is the inclusion of the Outstanding bills link when sending individual invoices to your customers. Through this, persons of a contact will be able to view and get detail of the invoices they have outstanding with you at any given time.

    Hi Team, I would like to customise the "Activity Statement" template to include every single line item presented as per the invoice description for every paid and unpaid invoice, instead of having the "Invoice name summary-Invoice # INV-0001" itself, same goes to the opening balance. Furthermore, I would like to show the statement start date, i tried to add <<StatementFromDate>> at the customised template, but the start date is not show up. Activity Statement is pivotal to me as this is the only template I could use to show the total outstanding debts to customers, that expedite my collection process to enhance my business performance. Appreciate the team could consider my ideas seriously to input the 2 solutions for 2 issues to "Activity Statement" standard and customized template to solve these issues as currently the standard and customized Activity Statement template from Xero cannot do that. Sincerely thanks and appreciate for the effort. Look forward to the reply! Appreciate there are solutions in earliest convenience.
