    Hi everyone, we thank you for your support on the idea here. We understand the needs of being able to attach documents when sending Purchase Orders, however we want to be transparent that this is not planned work at this time.

    To begin, purchase orders need an update and this will be a focus for the team before enhancements like this can be considered. We will keep you updated of any related changes, here.

    I wanted to add this in product much earlier, somehow remembered today that I should do it. My client, including me do a lot of POs and have working from spreadsheets that needs to go with POs. For now, we are printing POs in pdf and sending emails attaching PO and working spreadsheets, this is resulting in double work and making the process inefficient. If only we could send attachments in email when we send POs from Xero, this would make our lives easy.
