    Hi Belinda,

    Yes they were, due to being Class Disbursements all being the same amount. It wouldn't work if they were different unfortunately. Bulk Update in FYI it an amazing tool if everything is the same. We are looking using FYI to automate our Jobs. Once a Job is completed, it will create a new job for us, with all of the information from that job, including the budget. Its still not ideal as they budget will change most likely for that year, however the manager can put that in when allocating work. I hope that make sense. If you are using FYI, it might.

    I ended up using FYI to Bulk Update the budget and the Manager. I was importing Class disbursements to invoice our clients. I will be doing the same with Xero cost to clients. It would be handy if this can all be done in XPM as a one stop shop.
