This is a critical feature that is totally breaking Xero expenses for me. When I spend money abroad during business travel (using either personal or business cards), the exchange rate realised by my bank is not the same as the xe.com rate assigned by Xero expenses. This means the expense claims NEVER match the transactions imported through the bank feed, and also means personal money expenses are reimbursed at the wrong rate. Concur and other expense systems have the ability to manually edit, as well as to infer the realised exchange rate from bank account transactions, routinely.

This is such a basic and critical feature of expense systems I cannot understand why Xero would even launch their product without this. It means I cannot use it for the purpose for which it is designed. Xero expenses is currently useless unless the expenditure is in the native bank account currency.
