    Appreciate the difference in what you're asking here, Christopher. 

    No plans to allowing inserting emoji's directly into the email template atm, but we'll track this here and let you know if there's any plans made.

    Is there any update on this? My business is a sensitive one, so would love to be able to add some "♡" or something.
