Hi team, we thoroughly appreciate the feedback we've received from our community here.

I want to share that our product team have made a recent change for the banner that you receive in invoicing, so now if you choose to 'dismiss' this it'll be permanent and the banner will no longer appear.

We want to be open that we don't have any plans to provide the ability to turn off online payments for an organisation completely.

I'm glad there are others in the same boat. Not only is it annoying, but the popup sits exactly where the ''Approve and xxxx' button is, so muscle memory means that you click it and have to then back out. Rectifying this is a relatively simple front end change, and the decision could even be stored client side. If it isn't implemented, I strongly believe it is by choice (Desire for Xero to get more people signed up to online payments), not because of effort.
