    Hi Bethany, thanks for sharing this suggestion for improving our reports.

    We've reviewed your idea for an option to have Year-to-Date reports automatically generate columns for each month, which then total to the YTD figure. We can see how this dynamic layout would make monthly analysis much clearer and save time on report setup.

    This suggested report is exactly the format we have been trying to create since moving across to Xero in July2025. All of our financial reporting is set up this way, so the limitation on selecting the end date for the actuals YTD is frustrating. We do not want to include interim actuals for the current partial month month by month or in the YTD total.
