Add ability to paste multiple invoice references in Find & Match for batch payment reconciliation
When we receive a single payout from platforms like Shopee, TikTok, or Shopify, the deposit in the bank account represents many individual sales invoices. For example, one payout of 10,000 may include 100 separate invoices recorded in Xero.
In the Find & Match screen, we can currently only search one invoice reference at a time. This makes reconciliation very slow because we must search and select each invoice individually.
Suggestion:
Please add a feature that allows users to paste multiple invoice references at once, so Xero can filter or highlight all matching invoices. This would allow us to select all related invoices quickly and reconcile large batch payments much more efficiently.
Impact:
This feature will save significant time for businesses that handle high-volume e-commerce sales and batch payouts, improving accuracy and reducing reconciliation workload.
