    Sorry to hear you're not liking the refresh of the Files inbox, Felicity. The intention is to make managing and working with your files simpler and more efficient.

    Just to confirm, when you say this has added extra clicks for you - would that be the need to go to the Archived tab to access a fioder you've moved a file to?

    Hello Xero,

    From the volume of feedback you’ve received, it doesn’t appear that you are taking on board what your customers are saying. I’ve not seen any indication that the issues raised are being reviewed or that you are considering the requests made.

    You have a strong product, but this new ‘filing’ system feels poorly thought through and is extremely disappointing. The way the term ‘Archive’ has been interpreted among several other changes has made everyday tasks more time‑consuming, and it’s clear that customer input was not sought before implementation. I now have many unhappy clients as a result.

    Before making further improvements to Xero, you really need to go back to the drawing board and look carefully and intentionally at this area.

    I'm so so in agreement with Jenny's comment below. Please let us have the option to change this back. I'm receiving complaints from clients and letting them know we do not like it neither. It is so inefficient and time consuming.

    The contents are not archived information. Please, please revert back to the original format. I do not require added stress. It was simply for our clients to follow and when we are reviewing clients work outsourced.
