Thanks for letting us know the changes that'd improve your experience managing your practice on Xero. We recently announced Xero Partner Hub at Xerocon, which will deliver many improvements that our customers have been asking for. This includes the ability to customise columns shown on your Client lists, so you can see the most valuable information to help you manage your clients.

As a new admin officer, I'm still learning who the accountant is for each client.
I think it would be beneficial that in the clients tab there is a column that has the name of the accountant, rather then having to click onto the clients name and going into the clients details to find which accountant is looking after them.
