    Hi team, we appreciate the continued support in this idea and added detail of the needs here.

    Being transparent enabling the ability to manually send invoice reminders is not in our teams roadmap.

    As noted in our last update in lieu of this feature an option is setting up a custom email template and manually sending invoices in bulk from the invoice list.

    A new feature which we are in the process of releasing may also help some here - Payment follows ups powered by JAX is beginning to roll out to users. This will build out a customised plan for chasing invoices for Contacts you turn it on for. You'll also have the ability to pause or stop follow ups for contacts at any time.

    I would like to have an option in Xero to activate manual reminder template without enabling automatic reminders. This allows me, who to send and when to send depending on circumstances around each customer. I personally like to have an option "Send Reminder" when you open anyoverdue invoice. simple as that.
