    Hi Michael, returning to your idea here this'd be quite a difference to the way in which Xero works today and we don't have any plans of adding an invoice calendar to be able to schedule tasks that'll add new rows to an existing invoice.

    That said, we have another idea for being able to add a date column to invoices that you may like to join and would be a step toward what you're hoping to achieve here.

    Alternatively, if not already I'd recommend exploring Projects that enables you to add tasks and expenses on the fly. When ready you can create draft invoices from the tasks and expenses within a project which can be carried through as either a combined line or individual lines on your invoice.
