Thanks for your input here, everyone. Our team is currently looking into adding a document merge feature into their roadmap. However, no dates are planned for when this will be implemented.
That said, we’ll move the status of the idea into ‘Under review’, so please continue to add your vote and give us your comment on how this feature can improve your workflow.
For now, you can merge your documents outside Hubdoc, then upload/email it into Hubdoc. Feel free to also share some options here on how you merge the documents before you put it into Hubdoc.

Any updates? This would save me so much time and effort! We upload a lot of documents that are front and back (2 page) and would LOVE the ability to merge them into a single file (or better yet, upload them as a single multi-page document from the get go!)

Hi Lorraine, thanks for raising this idea. We understand having a separate description to describe a summary of work carried out would be a useful field to have. Hi Lorraine. We are also a repair shop and I agree with your suggestion. Do you currently do all of your invoicing directly in Xero or do you integrate and sync with a shop management software? Thanks!

Great to get this sort of insight, Kelly. Thanks for sharing. We'd like to get a sense of the wider interest for being able to print PDF from the SMS invoice message, please feel free to share with any colleagues or customers that you know would find this useful so they can vote on this too.

Yes please! This would save me SO much time! We upload a lot of documents that are front and back (2 page) and I wish we could upload them as a single multi-page document initially or at least have the ability to merge the 2 into one file.
