    The enshittification of Xero continues. It took me three days to get to talk to a human about a problem that took 15 minutes to sort out. Given what you charge us, recent price increases, what the competion offer, and how long some of us have been customers, this is not on. We need to be able to talk to a support person within a few minutes without having to spend 10 minutes searching around your website finding the well disguised 'contact us' buttons, and then waiting ages for a response. Please fix this.
