    Hi everyone, we totally get how automating the sending of receipts when a transaction is reconciled would free up time and the manual task involved in this activity.

    Though not in the pipeline at present, this is a feature our product team would like to explore more in the future.

    We’ll be sure to update you all again when we are able to look into this deeper. Thanks

    Hello Xero Support Team

    I am concerned as to why Xero still has ignored the cries from its community of users to implement Automated Payment Receipts.

    Given that there are other platforms that provide this and much more. It seems odd that Xero is risking the loss of users over such a simple task.

    I say this because today I am moving from another software platform to a competitor due to a similar behaviour. It does take a long time to gain good customers but it only takes a simple error to loose them forever.

    Please consider carefully your decisions on how you treat your users.
