    This kind of structured automation is something we also see in modern digital platforms where data is kept synced automatically instead of manual updates. For example, in content-based systems and guides where information is frequently updated, automation helps maintain accuracy without extra effort.

    where information is organized in a way that stays consistent and easy to manage, which shows how useful automation and structured data handling can be in different industries.

    Overall, adding this feature in Xero would improve efficiency, reduce mistakes, and make financial workflows much smoother.
