    I agree this creates a real usability problem, especially for users handling important invoices and client documents daily. Having the delete action trigger instantly without any confirmation is risky on its own, but placing it directly beside the View button makes accidental clicks far more likely.

    The older workflow was much safer because viewing files was simple while destructive actions required an extra step. Even a small confirmation popup or moving Delete into a secondary menu would greatly reduce accidental data loss and improve confidence in the interface.
