    Agree this seems like a really easy fix than the 3 click navigation for each next draft bill at present

    Another strong vote to add this please.

    This is a real legality issue for NZ users.

    It is ILLEGAL to require an employee to provide date of birth because of discrimination laws, and for the same reasons as the OP, this needs to be able to be optional.

    We are in the process of moving from MYOB and cannot set up employees in Xero Payroll without now asking them for birthdates, which is not only a spanner in the works, but they don't legally have to provide.
