Hi everyone, great to see interest building around support for French e-invoicing. As France moves towards new digital invoicing requirements, it's understandable that you'd want a smoother way to manage this in Xero.
At this stage, Xero’s e-invoicing features are available in AU, NZ, UK, SG, and MY. While expansion to more regions is something we’re actively looking into, this particular request is still in the early stages.
The idea’s now in Gaining Support. If this would help simplify things for your business, adding your vote or sharing your opinions would help us get a clearer picture of the demand.

Hi Rick, thanks for raising this idea. We understand you’re looking for Peppol e-invoicing to be available across European regions, making it easier to exchange invoices with customers and suppliers through the required networks.
This could help streamline compliance workflows and reduce the need to manage separate solutions.
We’ll continue to monitor feedback and input from the community here, especially around which countries they'd like this feature to support.

For French businesses like ours, this is becoming a very critical issue. We expect Xero to urgently work on full compatibility and integration with the upcoming French PDP / e-invoicing reform.
If Xero does not provide a proper solution, it will fall far behind other accounting platforms already preparing for this transition. Unfortunately, this could also force companies like ours to leave a platform we are already comfortable and satisfied with.
We really hope Xero takes the French market and the PDP reform seriously before businesses start migrating elsewhere.
