Adding our voice to this request. We are a French SaaS company using Xero for invoicing, and we are directly impacted by this regulation.

The deadline of September 1st, 2026 is now only a few weeks away, and we still have no clarity on whether Xero plans to support the French e-invoicing mandate (PDP certification with the DGFiP).

We want to be transparent: we are actively evaluating alternative solutions that already support French e-invoicing requirements. Migrating away from Xero is not something we want to do, but legal compliance is non-negotiable, and unfortunately we cannot afford to wait any longer for a clear answer.

For French businesses like ours, this is becoming a very critical issue. We expect Xero to urgently work on full compatibility and integration with the upcoming French PDP / e-invoicing reform.

If Xero does not provide a proper solution, it will fall far behind other accounting platforms already preparing for this transition. Unfortunately, this could also force companies like ours to leave a platform we are already comfortable and satisfied with.

We really hope Xero takes the French market and the PDP reform seriously before businesses start migrating elsewhere.

Yes please! This would be enormously helpful. As would the ability to have bank feeds from French banks, rather than having to do a painful manual reconciliation.

Extremely important for us! Having Xero approved by French legislation for e-invoicing would be the best solution for us as it saves using 2 platforms or even having to move away from Xero, which we do not want to do. Super interested!

Having Xero approved by French legislation would be truly ideal. The French government has not yet accredited Xero as a compliant platform for e-invoicing. we are using the system for our UK entities and it would only be best option should Xero get accreditation and this should happen fairly quickly as the timeline is from Sep2026 . Very very interested

Please add my wishes for Xero to have the availability of e invoicing to fulfil the upcoming requirements in France. Losing customer bases would not be advantageous to Xero

Critical for pur business globally. If not implemented we will have to look at another provider for all our global sites.

There will be a huge loss of clients and a whole market closed off to Xero if these changes are not implemented. We too will need to find another solution.
