    Thanks so much for sharing this idea, and to everyone who’s added their support and feedback here.

    We’re moving this idea to Accepted as we can see the value in improving the experience for Group VAT workflows, particularly where customers are currently relying on manual import and export steps.

    While this isn’t something we have scheduled right now, it is something we expect to consider as part of future planning. This would require a significant amount of work to build well, which means we’re not able to share a timeframe or delivery details at this stage. We’ll keep this idea updated as things progress.

    We are submitting group VAT returns and there is nothing currently on Xero to make our work easier. It would be nice to have a feature for Group VAT returns where the VAT figures from all group members are pulled together (consolidated), once all VAT returns are prepared and we only click the button Submit.
