✨ Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on this idea.
We understand how helpful it would be to allow users other than Super users to set up Xero Workpapers, especially where practices want to delegate setup tasks across their team.
We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support, so others in the community can vote and add comments to share how this change would help their workflow.
If this is something that would make a difference for your practice, please add your vote and share a little more detail about who would need this access and why. This helps our product team better understand the impact and demand.

Hi team, we’ve just released the ability to import an .xlsx as spreadsheet template in the settings for each worksheet.
We get this doesn't remove some of the restrictions mentioned in the comments here, but hope you can appreciate we're taking steps to remove friction of having to work with these limitations every day. Thanks.

Hey everyone as you can see we have split the original Idea up into seperate ideas including:
(New Workpapers - Payroll tax feature)
(New Workpapers - Dividends. 7A Loans feature)
And I have also added your votes to the following similar established Ideas:
(Workpapers - Ability to change the terms in the Borrowing Costs/Amortisation)
(Workpaper | Fringe Benefits - Motor Vehicle private use)
This is so we can monitor interest for each of the features. The Product team will be reviewing these ideas and we will post any updates on these here. Again thanks for your feedback.

Hi Chris, apologies as returning to your idea here and checking in with our product team I can confirm it is not currently possible to create Workpaper packs for individuals unless they have a Xero subscription.
This is something our team intend to look into longer term, and I'll be keep you updated of any progress surrounding this here. Thanks
