  1. Workpapers - Directly attach reports from Xero blue

    It would be great it we could select a report from Xero Blue and attach it to a workpaper - eg. Aged Receivables Summary Report to Accounts Receivable. Currently you have to export the report and link. It would save time if you could directly link the report (preferably as a static PDF or to the spreadsheet section?

    Hi Everyone, thank you for the time taken to give us the feedback on this feature. Im happy to say this idea is in development and will be added to the new Xero Workpapers experience in early 2026. We will keep everyone updated here as more features are released and you can also see updates and read more about the new experience here ✨🌟💫

  2. Specific GST workpaper

    Is a GST workpaper being developed or would there be one similar to the GST workpaper in exisiting workpapers? We are onboarding staff to old workpapers so having similar or improved workpapers would be useful.

    Hi team, we appreciate your feedback as you get stuck in to trying our our new Workpapers. Our team have been monitoring feedback closely and I'd like to share that we're in the process of developing a GST Workpaper in our new solution. We'll be back to share once it's released. 😊

  3. Workpapers - Make the button to notify preparer / reviewer more prominent

    Mak the button to notify preparer / reviewer more prominent. The notifications are buried in a menu make them more prominent so the reviewer and preparer can notify each other when tasks have been completed
