New Workpapers - Include All Files not just those shared by Master Admin
We encountered a problem with New Xero WP wherein Xero Account file wasn't able to upload Xero file of client because it was not shared by Master Admin user of our practice. Wherein this case will not always be applicable because we are holding number of client and we cannot share all access to Master Admin. So we client is just sharing access to Accountant managing his file and tax return. Will it be possible to include all Xero Accounts under Xero HQ or XPM instead of depending on Master Admin access?

The income tax workpaper is working well now.
Will you be preparing a GST reconciliation workpaper similar to Classic Workpapers? We currently prepare the proof in Classic Workpapers and upload a copy to beta workpapers.
Are we correct to understand only one spreadsheet can be uploaded to each workpaper section. journal upload more
I'd like to suggest increasing the line limit for manual journal uploads. The current limit of 300 lines can be restrictive for larger journals.
Could this be increased to 1,000 lines or more? This would reduce the need to split journals into multiple uploads and make the process much more efficient.

Order of LY and CY seem backwards in workpapers
In the workpapers, the LY balance is first, and the CY balance is second (going left to right), but when you run any report in Xero, CY is always first, and LY is second. Also, in the workpaper overview, the CY balance is first, and the LY balance is second.
It should be consistent with CY first and LY second.

Workpaper Due Date
The ability to change the workpaper due date. Maybe even add in a start date?
At present the due dates are added when you set up the workpaper and you can't adjust them.
Ideally the due date will be XX weeks after you start the pack, which would hopefully be when you have enough information to start. When you can't change it means no one can set up the workpapers in advance.

Change the supporting balance variance to a $ value instead of a percentage
I don't see the need for the percentage variance for the supporting balance. Changing the supporting balance variance to a $ value makes more sense. It could then be used to assist with year end alignment journals.

Attach documents to workpapers and or checklists
We already have firm templates and it would be great if they could be added to workpapers or more specifically - added to checklist items.

The ability to create groups or sub categories within a workpaper
Would love the ability to categorize or create sub-groups within a workpaper. From a reviewer perspective, it would make it easier to cross check balances to supporting calculations where we already have summarised workpapers. This is especially relevant if there are different types of accounts allocated to a workpaper - i.e. under loans you could have bank loans, related loans or hire purchase agreements.
