    Thanks so much for sharing your idea about being able to schedule payslips to be emailed automatically to employees — love that you’re thinking about ways to save time and streamline payday!

    We’ve now reviewed your idea, and from here it’s over to the wider Xero community to get behind it and show their support.

    As well as adding votes, other members can now comment to share more detail on how scheduled payslip emails could improve their experience with Xero.

    Scheduling the exact date and time for payslip distribution would be a huge time-saver. I manage payroll for multiple clients—processing runs a few days early, but I currently have to log back in on each client's specific payday (and sometimes at specific times) just to send the slips
