Especially given we have so many staff buying parts for prototypes all the time, that we need to make sure are also coded against the project client for reimbursement/invoicing in Xero and then also tracking via our project management systems.
I have to spend an hour with just one staff member on Friday going through everything manually because he didn't put any client information through the 'optional' fields for about 20 requests.
