    We've reviewed your idea about making our support content more visual by adding demonstration videos or linking back to specific lessons from our help articles. We agree that for many people, seeing a feature in action is incredibly helpful.

    A short demonstration video would be a great addition to Xero Central. Seeing the process step by step would make it much easier for users to understand the feature and follow the correct setup without having to rely only on written instructions.
