    I strongly support this improvement. During our first payroll using Xero Me, employees were able to submit leave and also enter ordinary timesheet hours for the same day, resulting in duplicated time and a risk of incorrect payment.

    Approved or submitted leave should be clearly displayed when an employee creates or approves a timesheet. Ideally, Xero should automatically populate the leave entry and prevent or warn against entering overlapping ordinary hours.

    This control would reduce employee confusion, improve the manager approval process and prevent avoidable payroll errors.
