   Hi Jacqui, when you refer to the Invoice Cover note would this be the email that is sent to the customer or within the attached invoice (online or PDF). If the latter you can use Invoice templates to customise the look of an invoice to your customer.

   I am not able to send invoices directly to customers. This defeats the whole purpose of xero for me; one of the main things is to automate sending invoices to customers.
