[Contact Name] outputs the contact's/client's full name. Correct [Contact First Name] outputs "Primary Person First Name", not Contact First Name. This is incorrect and inconsistent and needs fixing. This is actually incorrect behaviour from the software and should be corrected asap.
[Contact Name] outputs the contact's/client's full name. Correct
[Contact First Name] outputs "Primary Person First Name", not Contact First Name.
This is incorrect and inconsistent and needs fixing.
Suggested Fix
[Contact Name] = Contact's full name
[Contact First Name] = Contact's first name
