Practice Manager - Rename Partner and Manager client field

Provide the ability to rename the Partner and Manager field. EG change them to Manager and Accountant

    Would be beneficial to be able to add an additional Field eg. "Bookkeeper"

    Would also be good it you could limit persons who could be selected. For example not allow a manager to be selected as a Partner etc.
