Critical for clients with multiple branches under the one ABN - ridiculous and not achievable to have multiple xero accounts as you can only have one TFN. What are other accountant's work around for this currently?

I've had two clients go through an SBR with the ATO and as a result a change in branch number. the year end process to report these figures separately is very time consuming and open to many errors.

We have a number of large client groups who have multiple branch numbers for activity statements - we cannot add these clients into Xero multiple times just to prepare activity statements - this will also cause further issues for job tracking and invoicing etc.

We have a number of clients who have multiple branch numbers yet we are not able to lodge their activity statements in Xero. A tax system should be able to handle this common scenario. The work arounds are not acceptable as they cause inefficiency and quality/ risk issues.

Ability to setup one client and add more than one branch/ICA# for the purposes of retrieving activity statements. Currently you need to set up multiple clients and even then, the TFN can only be added to one client. This is inefficient when dealing with a client group.
