Practice Manager | Report - Variance of job budget to WIP
It would be extremely helpful to be able to view and report on how much of the budget is left on a job.
Reports in XPM focus on time rather than WIP and there are no standard reports that include job budgets. I want to be able to report on how much of the budget is left on a job without having to export to excel and run a formula.
MYOB had a great Job Manager and you could view all jobs on one screen and see the budget and what budget left and if there was more WIP than the budget it was red. It made reviewing jobs at a firm level quick and showed meaningful data.

We're enjoying the new Job Manager screen in XPM but would love it even more if there was a value column added to show the $$ amount of the time budget. For example, it's great to know there's still 30% available time but what amount is left and more importantly if the time budget is 115% what is the amount over budget.
