XPM - Flag clients
Is there a way to flag a client, ie Warning/Ban or make them Inactive but keep their history in Xero?
We have a system that have a number of clients with similar/identical names and we would like flag a client for particular reason, ie account terms etc or ban etc.

I agree this would be very helpful, whether it's some kind of flag on the client or recurring lock for lodgment on all returns. Or if it could be a warning when lodging that is specific to particular clients.

Yes please! Really need this, especially when something drastic is going on with a client - eg: messy divorce - don't discuss with spouse.

Allow users to create Client Action Flags that show up on clients' main screen. This could be used for "Client is moving to another practice" or "No work until bill is paid" or whatever VITAL piece of information any staff member may need to know.

We have an increasing number of clients with compromised TFNs that have had to get added security on their ATO lodgments. When we lodge for these clients, it isn't always obvious if it's gone through or not, and as it is our assistants lodging and not the client managers, we can't expect them to memorise every secured client off by heart. We need a way to flag the client (other than a client note or a note on the form as these aren't checked regularly as part of the lodgement process).
This is becoming a bigger issue as scammers are targeting TFNs and I can't help but feel like we're going to get caught out again. We have already had one of our admin 'file' a return in xpm, and then they didn't follow it up, but as the client with the secured TFN hadn't had their ATO account unlocked, it remained 'unfiled' with the ATO.

This would be great to flag overdue clients - not to do further work until account paid

  Critical for us as well.
To flag clients who we should stop work on due to overdue accounts .
