XPM - Automatic birthday messages for clients

Currently XPM does not send automatic birthday messages to clients. It is a very manual process.
It would be great if birthday messages are sent automatically out of XPM.

    Our bookkeeper team is struggling to keep remembering the clients' staffs birthdays. Is there any chance we could have birthdays reminder when we do pay runs? Especially for all the junior staffs. Thank you.
