Xero Tax - Add the Client Code field to the ITCRPT report
The Client Code field is not available in the ITCRPT report. Having the Client Code field available in all reports is a basic key function of any CRM, as it allows for proper data matching between systems, data cleansing, combining reports and analysis. Using the Client Code field across all systems is common practice.
We are trying to match and combine client lists from other systems to the ITCRPT report in Xero so key data is available for our teams on the one report. This is critical for lodgement management. Yet we are not able to do this, because the Client Code field is not available in the ITCRPT Xero report.
Please make the Client Code field available in all Xero reports.
