Practice Manager | NZ Tax - Ability to edit the tax notes once tax payment notice approved
When going through tax payment letters it can be useful to make a note i.e spoken with client re tax or checked IRD. However, once the tax payment is approved it cannot be edited or deleted and also will not remain in the notes box but rather provisional tax history.

Also:
1. you can't just add a note without approving the letter (so if wanting to make a note for a future date you have to approve then unapprove to save the note)
2. the note itself is very hard to find in the provisional tax history
3. there is nothing to show that there IS a note - you have to go into the details and look to see if there is one.Very user unfriendly... hope this can be improved!
