The functionality to format text with bold, italics, and underlining.

Settings - Reducing the size of text/fonts on the screen
Could xero consider reducing the size of text/fonts on the screen. I don't need super extra large enormous text to do my work. Everyone walking past or coming to speak with me can read my screen and see bank details and values, employee names and $ amount and so the list goes on. I have already asked if there can be a bland landing page so that bank accounts (Including balances) are NOT the default screen. Anyone standing nearby can see this information when Xero starts. Xero HQ - Bulk bank feed refresh
It would be useful to refresh all client bank feeds from the HQ client list rather than go into clients individually

Xero HQ - Copy all client tax details into their Xero organisation
Maybe I'm missing something (integration settings perhaps) but if I enter a personal tax client's details into Xero HQ, then only some of this pushes into Xero Blue and I have to re-enter certain details like client code, email address etc as well as new fields such as sales defaults. Similarly, not all of the data pushes into Xero PM and the UTR/NI number have to be entered again. Is it not possible to have a Xero HQ as the single point of entry which then updates all fields in Xero PM and Xero Blue?

Need the option to add multiple organizations to one client record. At present we are forced to create a duplicate client.

It would be good if the Date you set on the relationships tab is actually the correct date, not the day before.

Xero HQ to include full client data (UK)
Extend the information in Xero HQ to include full client data.
Information that would be good to see on each client information schedule would be;a. VAT registration date, this is required for security with HRMC so needs to be in one place when contacting them.
b. VAT quarters (We do have clients that don’t use xero and this information is important)
c. PAYE registration details (Not all clients use Xero payroll and equally flicking between various clients bookkeeping systems when on the phone to HMRC is a bit irritating!)

Permissions - Ability to remove users from cancelled or expired trial Xero subscriptions
Ability to remove team members from cancelled subscriptions or a trial which has expired whether setup by our practice or the client.

Custom report formula - formula can look through a closed group
It would be very handy to be able to create a formula in a custom report that could reference a group/custom row that sits within a closed group as sometimes you need these rows in order to drive the formula but they dont add any helpful information to the final report.

Report Templates - Default client advisor reports to alphabetical order in Xero HQ
Xero HQ report templates overwrite the order of accounts to alphabetical when accessed at a client. The report templates are in the correct part of the financial statement for the client, but then it defaults to alphabetical order. This requires you to change the order for each client, even though it was done at the HQ level.

VENDOR NAMES HELD ON INPUT
When entering a number of invoices for the same customer or vendor it would be great not having to reenter the name for each entry. Recommend the ability to "pin" a name for multiple entries under the same name.

Notification of acceptance of a Xero subscription transfer
We occasionally have issues when transferring Xero subscriptions with the notification being missed by the other party. Is it possible for the subscriber to receive an email when the transfer period is due to expire and the other party has not accepted?

AU PAYROLL - Employee Contact Details to have termination date and reason column
On the Employee Contact Details report it would be great to have a column to show the termination date and reason for termination. Being able to sort by termination date range eg last quarter would be beneficial to assist with preparing the long service leave reports. The termination date and reason needs to be included in the report. Having a summary of the information from Xero would be beneficial for all.

Practice Permissions | Manage Users - Enable practice to remove access to client org
Practice Admin have the ability to remove themselves if they have been invite into a potential clients org without manage users.
Potential clients that decide to not go ahead with a Practice but done remove the PA from the org, PA should have the ability to remove themselves.

Xero HQ - Ability to have multiple tax agents for STP lodgements
We use multiple tax agent numbers across our business yet when we lodge STP reports via the client's organisation, we can only use one tax agent number for all clients as Xero only allows for one tax agent number to be set in Xero HQ.
This is causing many issues, including staff and clients inadvertently updating tax agent details in the STP lodgment area on their own file, which is then updating the tax agent in HQ for all STP lodgements.

Partner status - Client detail in points section
Partner Status - recently we handed over some Xero subscriptions to our clients to pay directly. Instead of gaining extra points for our Xero status, our points have gone down. I'd like to be able to see under each partner points section a dropdown menu of the client names and points per client. This will also help me keep on top of our Xero recharges in case a client moves from one tier to another.

Xero HQ - AML Name List Screening within Xero
AML Name List screening:
As it is a known fact that accountants and bookkeepers must screen or conduct name list screening for individual owner that control >25% share of the company. I my former software Nomisma and Capium, accountant can conduct name list screening within the system without the need for additional subscription.
Once the name list screening is conducted, the result is saved under the individual.
I believe if this implemented in Xero it will make Xero one-stop-shop without the need for using other software.

Xero HQ - Export list of users for each client
Enable the ability to generate a report that includes users for each client organisation that includes users who are not staff members so that you can quickly see if the correct and relevant people are accessing the Xero file and know if you need to remove users who shouldn't be there.
