Report Template - Allow re-ordering of report codes in practice templates Sources
Given Xero's push for 'beautiful accounting' I find it very frustrating that the template report codes can't be re-ordered within their groups in the template reports and always revert to alphabetical at the client level, meaning every single client needs their custom reports formatting unnecessarily. Editing reports at every single client level for what I consider to be pretty basic formatting is really disappointing.

1 voteHey Gareth, we appreciate you sharing this idea and highlighting the extra time spent manually reordering report codes in clients’ organisations. It’s clear that a better solution would help your practice run more smoothly.
Right now, the only option is to reorder the codes manually within each client’s report. We know this isn’t the best solution and adds extra steps to your workflow.
This idea is currently in the Gaining Support stage, so it’s open for votes and comments from the community. The feedback will help us understand how many people this would benefit and how important it is to your practice. We’ll keep you posted here as soon as there’s any news.

AU Tax - Schedule EFT reconciliation reports
Provide the ability to schedule requesting on a daily basis the EFT Reconciliation reports in XPM, currently being a manual request locked behind Business settings permissions.
Provide also the resulting reports in either a Custom Reports area or standard reports so admin staff without the Business Settings permissions can view the ATO EFT reconciliation reports, filtered by date and Tax Agent Number. Practice Manager - Ability to associate a CURNN from a Job to multiple clients

I was told that when you create a job for client A, you can only create CURNN for client A.We are unable to make CURNN for client A's association - such as their spouse, their business (company, trust, partnership, etc) or any client in client A's group.
To do a CURNN for client A's spouse, i would have to create a job for the spouse then create the CURNN.

We don't have any immediate changes around this planned, for now you'll want to add a New CURNN to each individual client. We'll continue to keep an eye on the community support for this here,.

Practice manager - XPM to Xero contact fields
Have logged this support query, which I also raised a number of years ago and cannot believe how this has not been fixed. Answer from support below:
In XPM there is no first and last name field for contacts, rather it is just one box for the Name field. While in Xero there are two fields to put a contacts first and last name separately.
So when a contact on a client syncs from XPM into Xero it is placed into the Last Name field as it recognises the name as one field. Currently, the only way to resolve this…
21 votesHi everyone, thanks for sharing your appetite in this idea. You may have seen some of the improvements coming with Xero Partner Hub soon as we unify the client and staff experiences across practice tools.
We want to be open that there are no changes planned for syncing contacts from Xero blue into Xero Partner Hub at this stage but we'll continue to keep a close eye on the interest here and share if any plans are made.

Practice Manager - Beneficiary Accounts Report
Can we have a stand alone report for Beneficiary Accounts, which could then be a favorite report rather than having to dig it out of the reporting bundle.

XPM - Add a new Client Information link
Requesting a feature that auto-populates client info in XPM via a secure link that we can send to the client, allowing admin team approval, enhancing privacy for sensitive data like TFNs, and reducing form completion errors
