Hi everyone, thank you for sharing how we could improve Xero Practice Manager for your use. We understand wanting to highlight important client information to make this more prominent and how it'd help your team stay aligned and provide the best possible service to your clients.
Please know that your feedback has been shared with our product team. Right now, we're making improvements to centralise the experience across XPM and HQ, bringing clients under one umbrella with Xero Partner Hub.
Atm we don't have direct plans for enabling the ability to highlight notes but we'll continue to review this as we keep developing this space.
We appreciate your passion and your partnership in helping us build the best possible practice management solution, and will share if there are any updates.

The ability to message clients, send requests and upload documents (with signing features) and both ways between bookkeepers/clients and staff. A special screen or tab designated just for messaging and customer contact.
