This is important to Xero customers and their employees. This concept that the change required must "gain support" before Xero addresses it is a nonsense: it is a issue that negatively impacts the fuctionality of your software, it is not a "nice to have" which must compete with other improvements you are considering.
Please fix this software failing now.
