    I went to a Xero course recently and asked why everything that we enter into the Xero can't be downloaded into an excel spreadsheet so that we can use our own information - as we the owners of the data, wish to.

    Maybe this option is available, but I am not an accountant who spends every day of the week working with Xero - I am a small business owner where owning and holding the information I enter into the program is imperative to our reviewing, planning, stocktaking, accountability etc.

    If anyone knows how I can access an area in Xero that allows for all of the information from any column, box, section, form that I enter information into - please let me know!

    Would like to see wherever we are able to input data, we should be able to use that information in reporting. Should have an option to include Qty and Unit Price in reports. this would be helpful when reviewing contracts filled, and remaining qty, reporting to external bodies on Qty in particular when having to pay levies.
